ERAI Conference Includes GCI Presentation on Potential Solution for Obsolescence

April 28, 2015

The 2015 ERAI Executive Conference provided the perfect agenda for GCI to release information on the company’s ability to utilize proprietary technology as a potential solution for obsolescence in the IC marketplace. GCI has been manufacturing customized parts for customers in the down-hole and environmentally hardened arenas for many years and have demonstrated high reliability IC’s in these industries.

Need a safe supply of components well beyond the part becomes obsolete? Since 2008, we’ve been providing equivalent or better than replacement parts in order to:

  • Extend the safe supply for hundreds of obsolete parts

  • Support our customers’ ongoing demand for 5-10 years after manufacturing has been discontinued

Please submit your obsolete part problems for our engineering evaluation to provide an equivalent or better than replacement part to extend the life cycle 5-10 years.

For additional information on the Die Extraction and Reassembly (DER) processes, contact Ed Odette, VP of Business Development at ed.odette@gci-global.com  or call 719-573-6777 x 107.
